We had a great stay! It was close to the Gaylord (where our event was) and down town/midtown. Easy to get Uber and Lyft anywhere we needed to go. Host was very informative and quickly responded to questions!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Nashville. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made the experience smooth and stress-free from the start. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable layout that made it easy for our group to relax and spend time together. The location was a big plus—it’s just a short drive to downtown and other neighborhoods, so getting around and exploring the city was very convenient. At the same time, the home felt quiet and removed enough to unwind after a busy day. One thing to note is that, like many places in Nashville , there are quite a few stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us, but something to keep in mind depending on your group. Our favorite part was the outdoor patio area. The fire pit made it a perfect spot to hang out in the evenings and added a really nice touch to the stay. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Misfit Homes is a Vacation Rental Company based in Nashville, TN, specializing in what they like to call Fun Luxury Stays. Each Misfit Home is decorated with high-end furnishings, Music City inspired art, and spaces designed to elevate your stay to a uniquely memorable experience. When you stay at one of these homes, you know you will be treated to thoughtful and fun amenities, such as skyline views, games, and karaoke!

Over all I was obsessed due to I’m obsessed with Elvis and I loved the rooms. However it was super hard to find as gps doesn’t take you to your location. The parking was a little tight and the road the home was on was tight fitted. We had to enter the code twice to unlock the door each time and some of the pillows had stains and tears with cotton coming out of it in the bedrooms. Sinks looked kinda dirty but the place is beautiful decorated. If I wasn’t obsessed with Elvis and wanted that experience on my bachelorette trip I probably wouldn’t have booked that venue for the price. The room owner also made it amazing. Very responsive and helpful with anything I needed and checking in always. We didn’t stay much at the Airbnb so it didn’t bother us but the place could have been better. Again I’m obsessed with Elvis so I was hooked just from that. Also the bathroom door in the love me tender bedroom doesn’t shut and all the doors look like they are falling apart. Amazingly decorated though

We LOVED Steve’s AirBNB. It had everything we needed and wanted with some great extras. As someone drawn to an esthetic, Steve’s place was even more beautiful than the photos with some very classy touches. We did not mind the stairs. Once you’re in, it’s the same as a regular home going from bedroom floor to living space. And the space between floors serves as a great sound barrier so you can sleep without being disturbed by those on the other floor. Not in pictures of the rooftop is a covering on the divider between units, making your hot tub experience completely private. The view from the hot tub of the skyline is amazing! The garage added an extra measure of security that we really appreciated. The neighbourhood is maybe not the best but it’s close to the highway, some great coffee shops and we felt very safe. Also, we found it very quiet (perhaps because we went in March). We would absolutely stay here again!

My group had an incredible stay! The house was clean and was exactly as seen in the pictures. Steve was a very responsive host, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The location to downtown Nashville and the local recommendations provided made the trip perfect. Would definitely recommend this property for any stay and hopefully we’ll be back again.

We had our team in Nashville for a project and this Airbnb made the whole trip that much better. From the moment we walked in, it just felt easy. Clean, well set up, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still hang together after long days. Our crew works hard, so having a place where everyone could relax, reset, and actually enjoy being there made a big difference. Whether it was grabbing a quick coffee in the morning before heading out or unwinding at night sharing stories from the job, the space really brought the team together. The location was also a win. Close enough to everything we needed but still quiet enough to get good rest, which is key when you’re running full days on-site. Overall, it was one of those stays that just worked perfectly. Smooth, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for when traveling with a full team. We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Nashville.

House was perfect for what we needed: a place to celebrate my daughter's 21 birthday weekend with friends. The place had what was needed. Ubers and Lyfts were $8-$20 each way to get close to Broadway and back, which is what I expected. It does have lots and lots of steps if you want to go from the bottom floor to the rooftop! The rooftop was great for the girls to preparty before heading to Broadway! I was able to park 1 car in the garage since the girls didn't play ping pong. The other 2 cars had to park on the street which wasn't a big deal since they weren't moving all weekend. The owners responded quickly 2 two extremely minor issues, the lights around the howdy sign weren't working (only needed a battery) and the garage code wasn't working (they had given me the wrong code) If I had anything negative to say, it would be that all the beds were quite firm. Heard about that from the girls every morning. All in all... I'd stay here again!

Great location and amenities for a great price! Steve was great, very responsive. We had the lights flicker and then had to reset a breaker...but he was super quick to answer and tell us exactly what to do to reset everything. We would love to stay at one of his properties again.

The home was very nice and decorative. Had lots of amenities and very high quality appliances. The surrounding area is like a construction site and dump truck holding area. I’m sure the space will be more developed soon. Overall a nice place to stay and close to many attractions. I would stay here again.
