We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed but Steve was extremely proactive with check in instructions and reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We could not have asked for better communication from our host. The place was great, matched the listing, and was in the perfect location just a short easy (10 min max) drive to all the hotspots of Nashville! Highly recommend! We had a great time at this home! Location was great, street parking was close, and having the garage/game room was a plus. Would not recommend for more than 3 couples as 8 adults +1 infant sleeping was tight, but 6 adults + kids in the bunk room would be totally fine. There were a few items that were not as expected, the neon sign in the living room was broken/did not work, a few stains on the comforters, the water pump on the first floor was very loud, scratched/dirty walls etc, but that can be expected in Nashville! A lovely home but that has clearly had many bachelor/bachelorette parties there impacting the cleanliness of the home. However that didn’t bother us and we still enjoyed our time.
