Nashville New Years Stay
The place has a lot of charm to it, and the theming of the rental fits with the city it is in. It looks identical to the photos, which is always nice. The property manager was friendly and easy to get in touch with. It's located a few miles from downtown, which is nice. At the time of our stay we there were a lot of scuffs in the paint, and turning the heat on for too long would cause the smell of gas to fill the house. A

It Was Relaxing
We Stayed Here As A Big Family And I Was Enough Room And Then Some. There Was Plenty Of Space For The Kids To Be Kids Everyone Had Room To Sleep Comfortably And Overall It Just Felt Like Home This home was set up well for a large group, having 4 bathrooms, very convenient & we appreciated the pet policy. Steve was very responsive, and it's an easy Uber ride to anywhere. Unfortunately, I can't give this place a 5 Star or even 4 star as there was just so much disappointment from the get go. The area is very run down and makes you wary at first arrival, trash was over flowing (couldn't use), the smell was so bad (including the fridge) had to open all windows and doors and use air freshener, luckily we had, as none was provided, there were so many broken things and not enough seating (several broken chairs) or dishes for a party of 10 or more, the kitchen supplies are limited. The bedrooms are large but have minimal amenities, no TV's, lamps, blinds... the front door doesn't have any privacy, nor does the yard, not fully enclosed as stated. For the price we paid, we just didn't get the same value or experience. I wouldn't recommend this property, unless it's very discounted
