This was a perfect place for our joint bachelor bachelorette trip! There was plenty of space for everyone and was not crowded.<br/>Place matched the descriptions and photos but definitely could see the natural wear from other large parties. Everything was clean and easy to check in. Host was responsive which was great. We were a little surprised about incidental / deposit as it felt a bit like a hidden fee but understand the need given the large parties that book! Overall this was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay here was amazing! The house itself is beautiful and had everything we needed. The game room was honestly badass and ended up being one of our favorite parts of the house, and the rooftop area was such a cool bonus for hanging out with everyone.<br/>The place was also clean, especially considering it’s clearly a popular spot that gets booked often. Everything felt well maintained and ready for guests.<br/>If you have a large group, this is seriously the perfect place to stay. Plenty of space, great amenities, and a really fun setup for spending time together. Would definitely stay here again!

Steve couldn’t have been a better host. Very responsive to every question I had, proactive in getting instructions communicated and made the stay a great experience for our group. The place was top notch with a ton of great amenities to take advantage of. Quick and easy trips to and from broadway, and other activities (golf, ATVs). Provide great local recommendations. You can’t go wrong booking at stay at one of his places.

This place is truly wonderful. I just want to gently mention that their deposit policy requires either a $3,000 deposit or a $90 nonrefundable fee, which might feel a bit challenging for some. Aside from that, everything else about this place is fantastic.
